New to yoga, need a refresh or just looking to fine tune your vinyasa?!

 

A five week ROLLING series in the elements of hatha vinyasa (flow) yoga means that you CAN START ANY TIME and continue for 5 consecutie weeks, then use 5 class pass (valid for 8 weeks) at any of our vinyasa flow, gentle, rise & shine or yin & restore drop-in classes.  


Using physical and verbal alignment queues, students will be guided through Pranayama (breath work) and the foundational postures of Surya Namaskara (known as Sun Salutations), Standing Postures, Core Awareness, Seated Postures & Twists, Backbends & Inversions will be sequenced together into a flowing vinyasa: the linking of breath to movement. 

Our beginners series will inspire and nurture absolute beginners or refine and deepen basic skills and alignment for students with an existing practice or returning after a break.
