New to yoga, need a refresh or just looking to fine tune your vinyasa?!
A series of classes specifically structured towards learning the elements of hatha vinyasa yoga; the union of breath and movement into flowing sequences which detoxify, build strength, and create clarity.
Using physical and verbal alignment queues, students will be guided through Pranayama (breath work) and the foundational postures of Surya Namaskara (known as Sun Salutations), Standing Postures, Bandhas (Core Awareness), Seated Postures & Twists, Backbends & Inversions. Each of these elements are sequenced together to culminate in a moving meditation called VINYASA FLOW.
Our beginners series will inspire and nurture absolute beginners or refine and deepen basic skills and alignment for students with an existing practice or returning after a break.
Limited to just 12 students per series. Early booking recommended.
