How to Headstand

Yoga is a metaphor for life; facing your fears on your mat gives us confidence to face fears in our everyday lives!

 

Getting upside down can be daunting for fear of falling so join us for this mini workshop where we'll learn HOW to stand our on heads in a safe supportive way that will set you up to to include the KING of asana into your yoga practice.  

 

Combining elements of core, arm & shoulder strength we'll build you up step by step to give you the confidence needed to get upside down.  Options given for ALL levels.  

 

We'll also learn HOW to fall, because part of learning is falling...over and over again!

Going upside down not only invigorates, it also calms the mind, reduce stress and reverse the effects of gravity PLUS they are FUN!
