Discover the animals of Yoga, how they move and their special powers. Play animal games, make animal music and become your favourite yoga animal in a fun, furry, friendly workshop just for kids.

Can you do the crab, the dolphin or the shark? Be strong and stretchy as we flow through the sea creature poses. Play to learn in fun, friendly games and poses as we stretch, balance, dive and float in an underwater world.

Super kids Yoga: Want to be a SuperKid

Join in this workshop and build your super powers through balance, speedy reflexes, flexible bodies and supersonic senses. Fun games and poses, team work and relaxation. 
 
Summer Fun Yoga: School is over – let loose and join in!

Play yoga games, try a balance challenge and make new friends as you explore yoga poses individually, with a partner and as a whole group. This is a workshop for stretching, chilling and having fun.
