Children and teenagers encounter many emotional, social, and physical challenges in their young lives; a dedicated and intentional yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures can provide structure and clarity to their lives.
Unlike a more structred sequenced 'grown-up' yoga class, these classes are designed with elements of play-based postures. Yoga can be practiced anywhere, so the breathing, the concentration, the poses, and the way the kids learn to act or react to situations, will lead to constant self-discovery and inquisitiveness.
