A fun, playful class where you and your child can move, meditate and breathe together. Move though traditional asana in a play-based way plus partner work to encourage connection and bonding.
Specific classes are offered as a way for mothers to connect on both physically and emotionally with both their sons + daughters; grandmothers and aunts welcome!
Family yoga is for ALL family members (excluding the dog) to join in and play together. Bring your dad, brother, sister, aunt, uncle or grandparent.
No previous yoga experience required.
All props + equipment supplied
Bookings essential, we practice in pairs.
