CLASS DAYS & TIMES 2019

The emphasis on the class will be for parents to practice yoga, while children are welcome to come and may even mimic some of the postures, the class will be progressive, allowing parents to build their yoga practice and enjoy the many benefits that regular practice provides while having your child close by and attending to their needs when required. 

Please bring a mat or rug for your child and anything that might keep them occupied: food, a toy or activity.  

We have limited the class to just 12 parents, allowing ample room for the kids to move around if they wish.  

Beginners and those returning to practice after a break are welcome.
