Gentle postnatal yoga classes where new mums can enjoy the benefits of yoga: breathing, movement, strengthening, toning & relaxation while engaging and playing with baby.  Run in our purpose-built Kingsley Yoga studio, these specialty classes gradually progress from week to week.

Yoga for mums and their babies are suited to new mothers following the birth of their baby; ideally 4-6 weeks following a vaginal birth and 8 weeks following a caesarean birth but please check with your care provider.

Mum + Baby Yoga Classes run as part of a series to encourage parents of young babies to continue to enjoy the benefits of a regular ongoing yoga practice for themselves; with the support of a caring experienced post-natal yoga teacher, you'll be able to strike a balance between doing yoga for yourself and meeting the needs of your baby.  

 

Included in the series is a COMPLIMENTARY DROP-IN CLASS for mums to attend on their own.
