Enjoy precious time to rest, relax and nourish before the birth of your baby.
Indulge in a restorative yoga practice to create space, to soften and to rest followed by a guided meditation for mamas to be.
We'll serve sweet delicious treats and warm chai or chocolate, before you and your baby are bathed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls.
Connect with a community of expectant mothers in a
safe and supported space.
Suitable for all trimesters. No previous yoga experience required.
