Progressive Vinyasa Series
Our Progressive Yoga Series are for students who have completed one or more foundation courses, or have an existing regular yoga practice and are looking to evolve and progress their practice further.
A structured 10 week series of classes allows experienced students to experience the many benefits of a committed, regular ongoing yoga practice with a Senior Yoga Teacher.
These classes run for 75 minutes. At this level we'll invigorate with a vinyasa flow sequence as well as breaking down core activation, inversions, arm balances and backbends in a workshop style class setting.
A deeper level of technical instruction is delivered; while students gain a greater understanding of the philosophy and its practical application to the study of asana (yoga poses).
