Learn the benefits of mindful, compassionate touch as a yoga teacher. Refresh & refine your skills of hands-on assists, while learning new ones too! •The benefits of hands-on-assists and when these are appropriate •Methods for checking if your students want to receive physical touch •How to give safe, mindful hands-on assists •How to enhance the prana in a pose •How to take care of your own body & energy when giving adjustments •Hands-on assists for the common posture groups: standing, seated + twists, backbends, balancing, supine and forward folds. •Savasana assists
Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
