Service Description
Intuitive Vinyasa Flow is a series of classes offered Saturday mornings. This is an embodied way to explore movement in your body - regardless of your experience! Expect to find a beautiful rhythm of breath and movement with mini workshops and tutorials built into the flow; deepening your awareness of the process rather than just the pose! Each class builds on the week before, providing a multitude of layers beyond asana practice. All equipment provided under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher. Class runs for 75 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
