Join Senior Yoga Teacher Sara Evans who brings more than 14 years experience as a prenatal practitioner, mother and teacher for this specialist training. This is a unique opportunity for yoga teachers to diversity their skills, while supporting and sharing this transformational journey with other women and their families. The benefits of teaching prenatal yoga are as bountiful as the benefits that come from it's practice. You'll discover a wealth of insight into the culture of birth, female anatomy and physiology plus a new perspective on sequencing and creating class plans. Observe real-time prenatal yoga classes, and for those looking to deepen their training, we offer the option to be mentored AND assist in our pregnancy series.
Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
