Service Description
Often referred to as 'the golden hour'; the early morning is when our body is at its MOST honest, the mind is still, having just woken from sleep, so this is an ideal time to practice yoga. Early morning yoga classes begin with Surya Namaskara; the traditional practice of honoring a new day. Expect to be challenged and ready to begin your day. 60 minutes
Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
