Service Description

As nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion in spring—so too does the energy within us. Embrace the opportunity to explore the layers of yoga beyond asana and make a conscious choice to start afresh. Over this two and a half hour retreat, we'll explore the Eight Limbed path alongside asana and pranayama; the five Niyamas help to cultivate happiness and self-confidence; while the five Yamas encourage a greater sense of self. Yin Yoga is a floor based practice designed create the feeling of freedom in your body and space in your mind. After class we'll share refreshments to compliment our practices while connecting with our fellow practitioners. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed for the season of Spring.


Cancellation Policy

Please note this is a series offering, should you miss a class, a recording will be emailed to you upon request with access for 7 days. Credits and refunds are not available for missed classes. For masterclasses and workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit towards another masterclass or workshop. For trainings 14 days notice is required for 75% refund.
