Service Description
This specialist training engages both practitioners and yoga teachers to deliver nurturing restorative yoga classes within a variety of settings suited to all bodies. As a compliment to restorative yoga, you'll discover the science of yogic sleep, sharing Yoga Nidra as an accompaniment to restorative yoga or as a practice entirely on its own. Each day will mix theory, practice, and interactive experimentation, and will include a taught practice bringing together many of the ideas discussed as well as a detailed 20 page manual for reference and class planning. This training comprises 20 hours total, teachers are eligible to receive CPD hours. *We offer payment plans for our teacher trainings, please contact us to set this up.*
Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
