By using a combination of diaphragmatic breathing, your own body weight and our soft yoga therapy balls you can discover how self-massage or myofascial release, breaks up trigger points, and soothes tight fascia. This can not only relieve pain but also increase blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Together with conscious breath, it helps to relieve pain, tightness and STRESS caused by modern day living! This 90 minute class uses yoga therapy balls - participants can purchase a set of their own for just $25 (normally $35) to integrate these simple practices at home. Oh and afterwards you’ll feel AHHHHMAZING!
Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
