Does your body feel tight,stiff or achey? Do you LOVE that blissful feeling you get after a full body massage? Want to learn how to provide quick relief on your own? Yin, Roll & Release yoga is designed to break up trigger points, soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Class uses yoga props such as therapy balls and blocks to gently massage tight areas of your body. Plus you get your set of toted balls to keep and use at home! Oh and you'll feel AMAZING!!! Together with conscious breath, Yin, Roll + Release Yoga helps to relieve pain, tightness and STRESS caused by modern day living! This 90 minute class uses soft trigger point balls - you’ll get your own set to keep - plus you'll have access to a 30 minute pre-recorded practice you can download and use at home! Open to ALL bodies, no yoga experience needed!
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be made in writing (via email) at least 30 days prior to the start date for a FULL transfer of funds or refund. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the start date receive a 50% refund, or the option to transfer to the next training date. There are no refunds 7 days prior to start date. There is no refund or credit once training or mentoring has commenced, except in the case of circumstances relating to a personal or medical event, assessed on a case by case basis.
