Service Description

Join us Tuesday mornings during the school term for an hour dedicated to exploring the philosophy of the Yamas and the Niyamas alongside Yin Yoga and Pranayama (breathing). Offered as part of a series over 10 weeks, the long holds in yin yoga provide the space to explore philosophical elements of yoga beyond asana that are often not used in a class setting. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. You will leave feeling amazing! We offer these classes as part of a series so that you can experience the accumulative benefits of yoga asana under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher. These classes are suitable for all levels of students, and are a perfect compliment to ‘yang’ Vinyasa Flow Classes or anyone looking to de-stress and slow down.


Cancellation Policy

Please note this is a series offering, should you miss a class, a recording will be emailed to you upon request with access for 7 days. For masterclasses and workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 14 days notice is required for 75% refund.
