Our All Levels Slow Flow Yoga classes are open to everybody, whatever your level of experience. With a firm foundation in HATHA yoga, these classes cover a full repertoire of postures, sun salutations, breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques with a slower pace of sequencing.
Beginners are welcome provided you have a good general level of fitness. Otherwise, we recommend attending our beginners series if you are completely new to yoga.
