An easy summer flow for feeling good - stretch, build strength and refresh. Enjoy partner poses and fun group games. Includes a long relaxation with music and oils to chill out, holiday style.

 

 

Stand Tall, Look Strong: Yoga for Teens

Monday 19th January

 

Explore poses and movement exercises for good posture and self-confidence. Set to a relaxing chill soundtrack, move through poses to develop body awareness and mindful movement. Includes a long relaxation, for calming and refreshing.
