Kids yoga interweaves traditional yoga postures with fun names, games, movement and playtime.  
 
Each class is theme based to bring an element of imagination & creativity; offered in a nurturing & non-competitive environment.
Kids Yoga classes at Bloom are offered as a term class, we believe this provides the best environment for children to learn and experience the benefits of yoga.
