The teenage years can be fun times; filled with discovery and lot's of changes, these can be physical, emotional and social changes.
Practising yoga as a teenager can provide balance and stability in numerous ways while teens deepen their awareness of their physical body which may improve body confidence. Learning mindful breath and movement techniques, teens learn skills that can help them deal with stressful situations and scenarios as they arise away from their yoga mat.
Teens yoga classes are offered in a nurturing & non-competitive environment to encourage independence and self-growth for both boys and girls.
