A dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class creates an internal heat - called tapas - that not only cleanses but detoxifies the body through static and dynamic yoga asanas and breathing exercises known as pranayama. You'll increase flexibility and stamina culminating in a soothing relaxation to nourish & reconnect the mind, body & soul.
Our thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow classes are suitable for beginners who have a good level of general fitness, intermediate & experienced yogis alike.
Manduka studio mats are provided, however for ongoing students please bring your own mat or a mat towel for hygiene purposes and a small hand towel. It's a good idea to bring water to stay hydrated.
