Women's Yoga + Wellness
It is extremely important for women to nurture their bodies as well as their mind. Taking time out to fulfill your needs as a woman is difficult in today’s fast paced environment.
With this in mind, we've designed a series of classes for women from all walks of life to experience the accumulative benefits of a regular yoga practice; by doing so, carve out time each week for self-care and nourishment.
Influenced by the cycle of the moon, a divine feminine force that represents the yin and yang qualities of nature - each class will be a reflection of the moon's force - some classes will be more yin in nature, others more yang, and some weeks a mixture of both.
Establishing a consistent practice of pranaynama (breath work) combined with therapeutic asanas (postures) can help to bring balance to the reproductive and digestive areas of the female body as well as build strength and awareness in and around your pelvic area.
Each class is a combination of mindful movement and deep rest, culminating in a guided meditation.
Suitable for beginners to advanced yogis alike, the aim here is to take the time for YOU, the nurturer. Letting go of the many roles we assume to connect with our breath and our bodies in a safe, supported and feminine space.
