The literal translation of vinyasa means 'to place or arrange in a certain way'.
During this workshop both newer and advanced yogis will discover the importance of correcting bad habits and begin to move with alignment and awareness in your vinyasa practice.
Discover how to integrate your movement & breath into a graceful flow of transitions & sequencing that is VINYASA yoga.
We'll look at ujjayi pranayama; the victorious breath used in vinyasa yoga, followed by a guided walk through of the vinyasa asanas: downward facing dog, plank, chaturanga, upward facing dog & cobra.
We will workshop their individual alignment specific for your body type as well as transitioning between the asanas themselves.
Workshop culminates with a guided savasana.
