A two hour workshop specifically structured towards learning the elements of hatha vinyasa yoga; the union of breath and movement into flowing sequences which detoxify, build strength, and create clarity.
Using physical and verbal alignment queues, students will be guided through:

Pranayama (breath work)

Foundational postures including Seated, Twists, Standing, Backbends & Inversions

Modifications + how to use props
-
Vinyasa Variations to suit all levels and abilities
Absolute beginners will be nurtured and inspired and existing practitioners or those returning after a break will refresh + refine their skills.
Includes one drop-in class pass to be used before or after the workshop.
