When I first decided to embark on a teacher training course, I was considering an intensive course to quickly gain a teaching certificate. I’m so happy I chose the weekday option at Bloom which has made me realise that yoga is about discovery and growth. The program carefully combines both theory and practice and I’ve learnt so much from the business of yoga to the benefits of pranayama, Ayurvedic lifestyle and putting together my own vinyasa sequence. The course has given me confidence to grow in my practice at a steady space with amazing support from Sara who nurtures and supports her students throughout the journey. The small class sizes mean you get the one on one support and Sara knows and understands her students’ needs.

I had never met Sara before and I totally enjoyed the training. It was very well and professionally conducted. The course was engaging, practical, informative, with diverse activities, and in a friendly environment.
