Yoga teachers, both new and experienced, as well as practitioners are welcome to discover the Art of Rest; a restorative yoga and yoga Nidra teacher training combining theory and lectures, providing context to explore the practical application of putting into practice what you have learned with other teachers and practitioners.

Learn how deep rest nourishes the nervous system

The Art of Rest has been created and facilitated by Senior Teacher, Sara Evans who has been teaching restorative yoga throughout her

15 year teaching career.  This 25-hour specialty training includes a colour bound 55-page teaching manual with inspiration and insight to further your understanding of restorative yoga and yoga Nidra practices with additional learning resources available in our online learning portal.   

Learn how to:

  • Develop confidence and ease in connecting with students of varying levels of experience

  • Create a safe space from which to share yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga practices

  • Experience the joy of giving and receiving assistance from other experienced students and teachers

  • Bring renewed attention to the breath and the voice as tools for your teaching

  • Practice restorative asanas and experience yoga Nidra

Yoga Assists in Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Class

Our training is accessible as an ONLINE training; with a combination of pre-recorded lectures and practicals in addition to live recordings from our in-person training.
