WORKSHOPS + TRAINING

The literal translation of vinyasa means 'to place or arrange in a certain way'.

 

Once in a while it's nice to check in and perhaps even challenge your self to delve deeper or refine certain aspects of your practice.  

 

Unlike a regular yoga class which tends to be more flowing, our workshops will will break down and de-mystify elements of anatomy & asana.  Here students can develop curiosity, playfulness and the process of learning how to progress your practice in a way that is accessible & safe. 

 

As well as exploring your own practice, our workshops are an opportunity to connect with other yogis in our community.  We keep the workshops to a maximum of 12 and often share a laugh & a few light refreshments as well as play time together.
