Discover How to Teach Her
A 250 Hour Women’s Yoga Teacher Training
The Feminine in Flow is a women-focused yoga teacher training that explores the intersection of philosophy, anatomy, herstory, asana, and physiology through the lens of the feminine lifecycle.
Asana and approaches to yoga for women are different. Our beautifully diverse and wise bodies need to experience movement in ways that are nourishing, fluid, and responsive — practices that support vitality without disconnecting us from our rhythms.
This yoga education was created to broaden your mind and open your heart to the many ways yoga can nurture and support women through all seasons of life.

Sarah
My yoga practice and teacher training with Sara has helped me to connect with my body and mind as I struggled with my mental health. Sara is a wonderful teacher (and person!); she has so much knowledge and passion and is able to share it in a way that isn't overwhelming or obnoxious. She is warm, funny and real! Bloom is welcoming for all bodies, ages and stages!

I can honestly say that my 350 hr teacher training program at Bloom has been life changing. I have learnt so much about myself and my practice with the expert guidance of Sara who is an incredible teacher.
Even though I am working full time, the flexibility of the program allows students to catch up or access the materials which are all online. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to teach or simply gain a deeper understanding of their yoga practice.
Certification
On completion, you will receive a 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, with provisional registration through Yoga Australia — an organisation recognised for maintaining some of the most rigorous and respected standards in yoga teacher education.
This provides a recognised pathway into teaching, with graduates able to teach yoga classes and obtain professional insurance.
This ensures your training meets a level of depth and integrity that supports not only certification, but confident, considered, and sustainable teaching.
Giving Great Yoga Assists
Teaching beyond touch — assisting with clarity, care and intention.
Skilled yoga teachers employ a variety of tools in order to guide students in their own experience of yoga.
This includes, but is not limited to our own presence, attentiveness and energy as well as our verbal and visual cues, to our use of metaphor and story–telling, all of which embody a 'hands-off' approach to assisting students in classes.
In this Continuing Education workshop, we'll explore the teacher-student dynamic and learn a variety of ways - with and without touch - in which we as teachers can empower students to adjust themselves in their own yoga practice and by doing so provide safe, effective yoga assists
Sequencing with Purpose
Intelligent, Responsive Class Design
Available Online + In-Person
Sequencing is more than arranging postures — it is the quiet architecture of a practice.
At its essence, a well-crafted sequence creates a journey. One that is intentional, progressive, and deeply attuned to the body, breath, and nervous system. Each pose, each transition, each pause holds meaning — guiding students not just through movement, but into a felt experience of connection and awareness.
In a world that often celebrates novelty and complexity, true skill lies in simplicity and clarity. Thoughtful sequencing invites students to move in a way that is both intelligent and intuitive — balancing structure with spaciousness, repetition with variation, effort with ease.
This training is grounded in the understanding that purpose-led sequencing is what transforms a class into an experience. When guided by intention, supported by anatomy and energetics, and delivered with clarity, a sequence becomes a tool for both transformation and integration.
Here, you will learn how to create sequences that are not only effective and inclusive, but deeply resonant — meeting students where they are, while gently guiding them toward where they are becoming.
