Lunar Sadhana brings this philosophy into a modern, feminine context —
where practice becomes a way to listen, soften, and return.
The Philosophy

Yet much of modern life asks us to move in a linear way — to maintain consistency, productivity, and output regardless of what we feel.
Lunar Sadhana offers another way.
An approach to practice that honours both vitality and restoration —
where you are guided to work with your body, rather than against it.
This is an 8-week immersive experience, intentionally designed to attune with the full lunar cycle.
Each week builds gently upon the last — creating a container where your body can settle, respond, and reconnect over time.
Expect a considered blend of:
Fluid, intelligently sequenced vinyasa
Deeply supported restorative and yin practices
Subtle breath work and yoga Nidra for nervous system regulation
Space for stillness, reflection, and integration
Held in our intimate Kingsley studio, with limited places available, this is a space that feels calm, spacious, and quietly held.
