Bloom Yoga Courses + Series

Committing to a yoga series is one of the most effective ways to build a strong, sustainable yoga practice.

Our structured approach to learning yoga offers consistency, expert guidance, and the opportunity to learn with the same experienced teacher over time.

This method supports deeper understanding of yoga postures, breath techniques, and mindfulness, helping you develop confidence and continuity in your practice. We believe ongoing, teacher-led yoga courses create a solid foundation for long-term wellbeing—allowing your practice to grow and adapt with you through every season of life.

Term 1 - 2026 commences week of 2 February 2026

  • Find your own flow in this fluid movement class, where students are encouraged to use props within the flow to move more deeply into their body.

    From flow we move to slow, resting into yin yoga postures.

    Small class sizes allow for personalised guidance while building consistency and sustainability within your practice over time.

    Mondays 5.30pm - 6.30pm

    8 Week Series: 2 February - 30 March

  • Begin your day with an energising early morning vinyasa yoga class!

    Often referred to as 'the golden hour' - the early morning our body is at its MOST honest; the mind is still, just having woken from sleep so this is an ideal time to practice asana.

    Rise + Ritual honour the newness of each day: rising eith the sun while opening to the light of your heart.

    Tuesdays 5.45am - 6.45am

    8 Weeks: 10 February - 31 March

    Bloom's thoughtfully curated sequencing incorporates dynamic transitions that are fun, fluid and challenging for ALL levels of practitioners.  

  • A yoga practice does not need to be strong or even standing in order to be effective! 

    This series of floor based classes focus on flows to move energy through the body as well as rest + reconnection with long supported restorative holds for self-care, nurturing and connection.

    We use a wealth of props to support the physical body for nervous system nourishment.

    Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm

    8 Weeks: 11 February - 1 April

  • Flow through fun sequences infused with the breath! Mini workshops are weaved into the flow of class to give students greater insight and experiential awareness to explore more in their physical asana practice.

    All levels welcome.
