Sara Evans is a Senior Yoga Teacher, prenatal and postnatal yoga specialist, birth educator, and teacher trainer based in Perth, Western Australia. Sara brings a wealth of experience supporting pregnant women and mothers through yoga for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
As Perth’s most trusted prenatal yoga teacher and trainer, her pregnancy yoga classes combine the fluidity of vinyasa; connecting breath, body and movement the intuitive nature of the feminine and the ancient wisdom of yoga along with practical birth education skills. Her dedication to yoga as an anchor for women has been the foundation of her yoga career over the last 17 years, holding space for women and mothers to trust their bodies, embrace the journey of pregnancy, and step confidently into motherhood.
