Meet Sara
Sara Evans is a Senior Yoga Teacher, prenatal and postnatal yoga specialist, birth educator, and teacher trainer based in Perth, Western Australia. She brings a depth of experience in supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—guiding them with care, knowledge, and a deeply embodied approach to practice.
Known as one of Perth’s most trusted prenatal yoga teachers and trainers, Sara’s classes weave together the fluidity of vinyasa—connecting breath, body, and movement—with the intuitive nature of the feminine and the timeless wisdom of yoga. Her teaching is further enriched by practical, evidence-informed birth education, offering women meaningful tools they can carry with them into labour and beyond.
For over 17 years, Sara has dedicated her work to supporting women through yoga as an anchor—holding space for them to trust their bodies, soften into the experience of pregnancy, and step into motherhood with confidence and clarity.

Why a Prenatal Yoga Series
Pregnancy is a journey that unfolds week by week—and the way you feel in your body is constantly changing.
A series allows you to move with that change, rather than starting over each time you step onto the mat.
Over the 4 weeks, you’ll build on what you learn—developing strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to your body and baby. You’ll also begin to feel more at ease in the space, supported by the same teacher and surrounded by a familiar group of women walking this path alongside you.
Rather than a one-off class, this is a more intentional and supportive experience—where learning is integrated, relationships are built, and you’re gently guided every step of the way.
