+ Privacy Policy

Participation in classes at BLOOM YOGA:
  • Participants and students practice and participate in our classes, courses, series and workshops voluntarily with the knowledge that classes involve but are not limited to vigourous stretching and strengthening postures to which you may not be accustomed;
  • Some of our classes may be MORE physically strenuous than others; it is the students' responsbility to advise the teacher if they are new or returning to practice after an extended break;
  • It's your responsibility as a participant to advise BLOOM YOGA and any of it's instructors or teachers of any medical condition, injury or change in your overall health that may affect the safety and wellbeing of your practice; where you are unable to continue yoga for medical reasons, please advise us at the time of your injury and we will place classes passes on hold or credit your MIND BODY account for unused classes with a 3 month expiry to be used (medical certificate required). 


Cancellation & Refund Information:
  • strictly valid from the date of purchase, please note the expiry date as these cannot be extended, transferred or refunded; please do not ask otherwise, as refusal may offend
  • Gift Vouchers valid 3 months from date of purchase unless an expiry date is noted on the voucher
  • Payment must be recieved in FULL for courses, series and workshops to secure a place;
  • Cancellations for courses, series & workshops must be made in writing (via email) atleast 14 days prior to the start date for a FULL refund; within 7 days to recieve a refund minus 25%; no refunds 72 hours prior to start date
  • NO refund or credit once a course/class/series/workshop has commenced 
  • Missed classes during a series or course are forfeited, these cannot be re-imbursed or made up
  • When purchasing or enrolling a course or series for a friend, each enrolment must be done seperately otherwise we cannot guarantee that space in the course
  • For drop-in/casual classes, EARLY CANCELLATION must be made atleast 12 hours prior to class or the class is deducted from your account;
  • Should you be unable to continue classes for medical reasons, please advise us in writing (via email with an accompanying doctors certificate) - any remaining classes will be credited at the discretion of bloom yoga.  Account credit will be valid for a period of 6 months, this credit may be transferred or used to purchase classes for friends and or family  
  • NOTE: cash refunds are NOT given should you be unable to continue for medical reasons or should you change your mind once you have purchased a class pass, series, course or enrollment
  • MONTHLY UNLIMITED: valid for ALL DROP-IN CLASSES: slow flow, vinyasa flow, yin + restore, yin yang. Bookings are essential, students who LATE cancel or no show more than twice during the month will have the number of days on their pass reduced by the same number of no show or late cancellations.  One class per person per day - a LATE CANCEL constitutes one class so another class on the same day cannot be booked. 
  • Retail purchases may be returned within 30 days if the item is deemed to be faulty, in this case we will replace the item or offer an exchange.  We do not provide refunds for change of mind.  


Privacy Policy:
  • BLOOM YOGA will never sell, share or distribute students personal information or circumstances.
  • We will not send you unsolicited emails unless you have opted in to our mailing list; you may choose to opt out of our mailing list at any time.
