A few important details to support a smooth and respectful experience for everyone

Participation at Bloom Yoga

By making a purchase both participants and students practice and participate in our classes, courses, series, and workshops voluntarily with the knowledge that classes involves but is not limited to vigorous stretching and strengthening postures to which you may not be accustomed;

Some of our classes may be MORE physically strenuous than others; it is the students' responsibility to advise the teacher if they are new or returning to practice after an extended break;

It's your responsibility as a participant to advise BLOOM YOGA and any of its instructors or teachers of any medical condition, injury, or change in your overall health that may affect the safety and wellbeing of your practice; where you are unable to continue yoga for medical reasons, please advise us at the time of your injury in writing and we will place classes passes on hold or credit your studio account for unused classes with a 3 month expiry. A medical certificate is required.  Please note we cannot backdate the injury.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

  • Strictly valid from the date of purchase, please note the expiry date as these cannot be extended, transferred or refunded; please do not ask otherwise, as refusal may offend.

    Gift Vouchers valid 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be reissued if lost.

  • Payment must be received in FULL for courses, series, and workshops to secure a place;

    Cancellations for courses, series & workshops must be made in writing (via email) at least 14 days prior to the start date for a FULL refund; within 7 days to receive a refund minus 25%; no refunds 72 hours prior to start date. .

    No refund once a course/class/series/workshop has commenced. A credit may be issued on receipt of a medical certificate at the discretion of Bloom Yoga.

    Missed classes during a series or course are forfeited; these cannot be carried over or made up, unless otherwise advertised.

    When purchasing or enrolling in a course or series for a friend, each enrolment must be done separately otherwise we cannot guarantee each person’s place in the course.

  • A deposit is required to secure your place on the yoga retreat, this payment is non-refundable (unless the retreat is cancelled by Bloom Yoga) however it may be transferred to another person - organised by the student.

    We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking your yoga retreat to protect against any unforseen issues.

    Balances for the retreat may be paid by instalments with final payments due 60 days prior to the retreat.

    Due to the nature of yoga retreats, no refunds or credits can be provided, however may be transferred to another person.

    Failure to make payment instalments may result in your place being offered to a waitlisted student.

  • Retail purchases may be returned within 30 days if the item is deemed to be faulty, in this case, we will replace the item or offer an exchange.  

    Refunds are not provided for change of mind.  

  • The training provider - Bloom Yoga and it’s teachers or representatives - reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course to an alternative date, or to offer the training online in the event in-person is not available.

    In this event, all registered students affected by such postponement or cancellation will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available training course. If the student is unable to attend the next available training course a refund or alternative online learning option will be provided in its place.

    Refund Policy

    Students must inform the training provider in writing, no less than 30 working days prior to the first workshop date to be eligible for a refund, minus an administration fee of $75. Students will receive their refund within 30 working days of the request. Refunds will be refunded by credit card or debit card used to pay for the course. If the course is paid for by cash or electronic funds transfer (EFT), the refund will be paid by EFT. No refunds are given once the course has commenced.

    Instalments

    Payment via instalments is offered to make the course financially viable. Students must pay their FULL tuition over a maximum 5-month payment plan/contract (for 250 Hour) paid via EFT, trainees who choose to opt-out, defer or withdraw from any training are financially liable to pay any remaining balance of owing and are bound by a contractual agreement between the student and Bloom Yoga, failure to honour the contractual agreement may result in additional fees payable by the student.

    A $1200 AUD non-refundable/transferable deposit and administration fee is payable upon your application being approved. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the course. This is non-refundable but is transferable up to 12 months from the start of the course.

    Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the training. Payment plans and instalments are welcome, please enquire to discuss your options.

    Cancellations for training must be made in writing (via email) at least 14 days prior to the start date for a FULL refund of the FULL price; within 7 days to receive a refund minus 50%; no refunds less than 7 days prior to the start date. We are happy to move your booking to a date in the future at no additional cost.

    NO refund or credit once training has commenced.

    It is the responsibility of the student to complete all required homework, practicals, and observations within the designated time frames.

Room Hire

  • Hirers are required to hold Public Liability insurance, a copy of the policy will be required listing the approved activities within the certificate. 

  • We ask that no shoes are to be worn in the room at any time. 

    Place the shoe rack outside and remove shoes prior to entering.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the room in the same condition it was received.   This includes the below, failure to do so may result in the deposit being forfeited.

    Please ensure all yoga mats and blocks are wiped after use.

    Cleaning includes returning all bolsters and blocks as they were found, as well as folding blankets neatly with the folded edge facing out and placed neatly back.

    Wipe down the sink and bench.

    Remove any rubbish from the room and place in the dumpster.

    Please turn the robovac on prior to departure.

    Should you require a vacuum or cleaning equipment this is available for you to use at the studio.  

  • A $100 refundable room deposit is required to secure the date of your booking. 

    Full payment via bank transfer is required 30 days prior to the hire date.

    Note that we cannot accept cancellations OR transfer dates made 30 days prior to the hire date; refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within this period.

Privacy Policy

BLOOM YOGA will never sell, share or distribute students personal information or circumstances.

We will not send you unsolicited emails unless you have opted in to our mailing list; you may choose to opt out of our mailing list at any time.
