Discover How to Teach Her

A 250 Hour Women’s Yoga Teacher Training

The Feminine in Flow is a women-focused yoga teacher training that explores the intersection of philosophy, anatomy, herstory, asana, and physiology through the lens of the feminine lifecycle.

Asana and approaches to yoga for women are different. Our beautifully diverse and wise bodies need to experience movement in ways that are nourishing, fluid, and responsive — practices that support vitality without disconnecting us from our rhythms.

This yoga education was created to broaden your mind and open your heart to the many ways yoga can nurture and support women through all seasons of life.

A Deeply Held Container

The Feminine in Flow is intentionally offered as an intimate training.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience connected, supportive, and deeply held — allowing for meaningful mentorship, genuine conversation, and real integration of the work.

This is not simply a certification. It is an initiation into teaching yoga in a way that honours the female body, heart, and spirit.

Investment & Payment Options

The investment for this training is $5,400.

To support both commitment and accessibility, a staged payment approach is offered:

  • A $400 deposit is paid upon application to secure your place and mark your intention

  • A further $800 is paid prior to the commencement of training

  • The remaining balance is then spread evenly over 5 months

This structure invites a sense of clear commitment from the outset, while allowing the investment to be carried in a more spacious and manageable way over time.

Words from our Graduates

  • Beth-Marie

Gosh I've really loved it. Really. Just oh so much! Such awesome content, I was very interested in ALL of it and I think you are a great teacher.

    Such a fantastic experience.

I learned so much and it really enhanced my practice AND enriched my life.

  • Sarah

My yoga practice and teacher training with Sara has helped me to connect with my body and mind as I struggled with my mental health. Sara is a wonderful teacher (and person!); she has so much knowledge and passion and is able to share it in a way that isn't overwhelming or obnoxious. She is warm, funny and real! Bloom is welcoming for all bodies, ages and stages!

  • Jo

I can honestly say that my 350 hr teacher training program at Bloom has been life changing. I have learnt so much about myself and my practice with the expert guidance of Sara who is an incredible teacher.

Even though I am working full time, the flexibility of the program allows students to catch up or access the materials which are all online. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to teach or simply gain a deeper understanding of their yoga practice.
