This series of classes is about embracing change, the often foggy, messy changes that come with motherhood: our new body, our new baby and our new role. It’s less about having to DO, and learning how to just BE: be still, be present and find some joy and connection with (or without) our baby without the weight of responsibility. The series is set up with shorter sessions to enjoy one on one yoga with baby - fun + interactive sessions to engage, bond + connect. Plus classes for mum to enjoy on her own, a combination of movement-based classes as well as post-natal specific therapeutic and restorative yoga to rest and reconnect.
