Service Description

Learn how to plan and prepare your mind and body for the work of labour and birth using movement, massage and positions to manage pain while learning options for an empowered birth experience.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all drop-in classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be credited to your account. Cancellations made outside this time frame are considered a Late Cancellation and the class is forfeited. Multiple Late Cancellations may incur a fee. Missed classes in a series are forfeited ~ Cancellation policy applies for series, a recording is provided for missed classes. For workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit. For trainings 7 days notice is required for 75% refund.
