When life feels full, restorative practices remind us that there is wisdom in slowing down. Floor + Restore is a space to return to the ground beneath you, the rhythm of your breath, and the quiet place within.
This five-week series is a dedicated space to rest.
Blending restorative yoga, gentle breath work, and guided yoga Nidra, each session is designed to support your nervous system, replenish your energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease from the inside out.
Held entirely on the floor using supportive props, these practices invite you to release unnecessary effort and experience the profound healing that can arise when the body feels safe enough to truly rest.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, depleted, navigating a busy season of life, or simply longing for a more nurturing way to practice yoga, Floor + Restore offers a sanctuary for restoration.
What to Expect
Each week you'll be guided through a carefully curated practice that may include:
Long-held restorative yoga postures supported with bolsters, blankets and props
Gentle pranayama (breathwork) practices to calm and regulate the nervous system
Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep) to promote deep rest and renewal
Mindful transitions and moments of stillness
A welcoming, small-group environment where all levels are supported
No previous yoga experience is required.

The Power of Pranayama
Breath is one of the most accessible tools we have for influencing our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Throughout the series you'll explore simple yet powerful pranayama practices that help regulate the nervous system and create a sense of grounded presence.
Each session concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice often referred to as "yogic sleep." While the body rests, awareness remains gently awake, allowing profound relaxation and restoration to unfold.
Many students report improved sleep, greater clarity, reduced anxiety, and a renewed sense of vitality following regular Yoga Nidra practice.
