Our structured method to learning yoga offers consistency, expert guidance, and the opportunity to learn with the same experienced teacher over time.
This traditional approach supports deeper understanding of yoga postures, breath techniques, and mindfulness, helping you develop confidence and continuity in your practice. We believe ongoing, teacher-led yoga courses create a solid foundation for long-term wellbeing—allowing your practice to grow and adapt with you through every season of life.
Begin Again
Begin Again is a structured 4-week program focused on the essential building blocks of yoga practice.
Ideal for beginners, returning practitioners and students refining technique, the series covers foundational postures, safe alignment principles and breath awareness.
Let our experienced yoga teachers provide personalised guidance on foundational pranayama (breathing) and asana (postures) along with the use of props in a small group setting to give you the insight and confidence into the practice of yoga.
Each class builds on the week before, providing a multitude of layers beyond the physical practice, deepening the mind body connection over 4 consecutive weeks.
To accompany the series you’ll receive access to home practices and an online beginners guide

Rise + Ritual
Begin your day with an energising early morning vinyasa yoga class!
This sacred time of the day is often referred to as 'the golden hour' - the early morning our body is at its MOST honest; the mind is still, just having woken from sleep so this is an ideal time to practice asana. We flow through thoughtfully curated sequencing, with fun, fluid and dynamic transitions to awaken and embody.
Rise + Ritual honour the newness of each day: rising with the sun while opening to the light of your heart.

Slow Vinyasa Flow
Experience an invigorating start your Saturday!
Our approach to Vinyasa Flow focuses on the connection between movement and YOUR body, incorporating breath work and mini workshops to enhance your practice. Experience a rhythm of movement that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
Each class builds on the week before, providing a multitude of layers beyond the physical practice, deepening the mind body connection over 8 consecutive weeks.
All equipment provided under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher. Class runs for 70 minutes.

Floor + Restore
This series of floor based classes provide the rest and replenishment we all crave.
Move energy through the body with long supported holds for self care, nurturing and connection.
Floor + Restore runs as part of a 6- week series of classes during the school term; a maximum of 14 students per class allows for personalised instruction from a Senior Yoga Teacher.

We get it! Sometimes life is hectic and you can’t commit to ongoing practice. If casual is more your vibe or perhaps you want to try us out first, a VERY limited number of casual places are available in each of our series. Drop-in from $27
